The role is more than an operational position. It’s about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work.

You will lead our restaurants, bar, and in‑room dining experience – ensuring everything runs smoothly and every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

  • Lead, inspire and develop a diverse F&B team.
  • Create a culture where people feel trusted, recognised and empowered.
  • Drive service standards that are warm, intuitive and memorable.
  • Balance commercial performance with a genuine guest‑first mindset.
  • Bring fresh ideas to elevate the experience and keep things exciting.

At StMartins Lane, we don’t just serve food and drink – we create moments that people remember. Set in the heart of CoventGarden, our hotel is vibrant, expressive, and constantly alive with energy. Every guest arrives with a need – to feel welcome, recognised, relaxed, inspired – and it’s our people who make that happen.

  • Loves working with people and gets genuine fulfilment from developing others.

  • Believes great service comes from how people feel, not just what they do.
  • Wants to be part of a hotel where personality, individuality and creativity are celebrated.
  • Is ready to step into a role where they can shape culture, not just manage operations.
  • Has experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager or Assistant F&B Manager, or is an established F&B leader looking for a fresh, more people‑focused environment.
