As a Kitchen Porter, you'll be the backbone of our culinary operation – keeping things spotless, organised, and running smoothly so our chefs can shine. It’s a fast‑paced, hands‑on role that is vital to the success of our kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Keeping all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and hygienic
- Washing pots, pans, crockery, and kitchen equipment
- Assisting with basic food prep when needed
- Supporting the kitchen team with deliveries and stock rotation
- Ensuring waste is managed and disposed of correctly
- Perform nightly deep cleaning of all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, and surfaces to meet hygiene standards
Qualifications & Skills
