Your Role: As F&B Bar Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our Blind Spot & Ellia Mia Cafe experience, while supporting the F&B Beverage programme in Restaurants, M&E and In-Room Dining. You'll support the F&B Manager in leading a passionate team, ensuring every pour, plate, and interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and individuality.

Essential Job Knowledge & Skills:
- Be truly passionate about the luxury hospitality industry with previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or Beverage Manager in a high-end cocktail bar, Restaurant and event setting.
- Must have an excellent understanding of current mixology, cocktail, wine, and premium beverage trends and international F&B best practices.
- Possess a gracious, friendly, and approachable demeanor, reflecting the heritage and prestige of a 5* London institution in your personal presentation and grooming.
- Be an authentic and inspiring leader of people and business with the ability to lead a diverse team with empathy and composure while maintaining the authority required to uphold and implement 5* standards.
- Be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach and have experience in empowering a team to realise their full potential and successfully meet expectations.
- Possess strong leadership and motivational skills to nurture, develop, and inspire team members.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing for seamless briefings, guest interactions, and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Must be able to think strategically and anticipate operational bottlenecks and re-deploy or re-allocate resources instantly to maintain service flow.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move swiftly for extended shifts lasting 8 hours in a high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques to safely handle heavy loads and hot items without injury.
- Must be able to plan and organise while managing time and departmental resources to meet strict deadlines and targets.
- Able to function independently with minimum guidance and execute bar operations flawlessly.
- Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail under pressure.
- Have proficiency in using modern F&B software for inventory control, rotas/scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Beverage Cost, Food Cost, Payroll Management, Inventory/Cellar Management, and Wastage Management.
- Have a strong understanding of managing budgets, meeting financial targets, inventory control, and cost analysis to maximise profitability.
- Must have a very good understanding of food hygiene, Health & Safety, local licensing laws, and fire safety procedures.
