Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Senior Engineering Manager in hospitality or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS)
- Solid understanding of UK compliance and safety regulations
- Experience managing multi-site or large-scale operations preferred
- Budgeting and CAPEX planning experience
