We have a fabulous opportunity to join St Martins Lane in our Food & Beverage team as an Assistant F&B Manager. Under the guidance and supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager, you will manage and develop the hotel F&B outlets to the highest of standards whilst optimising guest satisfaction through consistent high operating procedures and development of team members.

You will:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service.
  • Handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests, and inquiries while taking the necessary action steps and ensuring a follow-through.
  • Create and maintain a personal and respectful rapport with regular guests.
  • Assist in organizing regular team member training while also helping in creating development and performance management plans.
  • Assist in driving promotional and marketing activities.
  • Assist in managing budgets and financial goals, including revenue management, Payroll & Team schedule management, alongside food and beverage cost of sales.
  • Foster a positive work environment by motivating and leading team members to deliver their best.
  • Maintain high team morale and retention rate.
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with colleagues in other departments.

A bit about you:

  • Must have at least one year's experience in an F&B assistant manager role or equivalent in hospitality.
