Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end or lifestyle hospitality setting
- A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
- Strong organisational skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen culture
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (preferred)
