Full time Fixed Term Contract for 6 months - 38 hours per week. Starting salary £30,024 - £32,061 (depending on experience). We have a vacancy for a 6 months position as a full-time Senior Maintenance Worker to join our team to provide compliance, maintenance and property services on our properties across Norwich.
Someone who can perform work tasks efficiently and safely in accordance with instructions and demonstrate professionalism and skill in performance of tasks, whilst being mindful of the vulnerability of many of the people we support at St Martins. Attend to maintenance and repairs to agreed standard, as directed by the Maintenance Team Leader. In addition to your contracted hours, attend to out of hours emergency repair work, based on an agreed rota (on-call rate of pay).
You will need to have experience of basic carpentry, plumbing and use of common power/hand tools. A full driving licence is required and access to a reliable vehicle. DVLA checks will be made on your licence prior to use of fleet vehicles.
