We are recruiting for a temporary Safe & Habitable Homes Coordinator. Full Time - 38hrs per week - fixed term contract until 31st March 2028. Salary £28,153 to £32,578 per annum.
The post will require applicants to work as part of a team in partnership with Norwich City Council to deliver support to people who have been identified as being at risk from self-neglect & hoarding, part of the safe and habitable homes initiative. The role is to practically and emotionally support people to improve their health, wellbeing and environments, reducing risks and creating a more safe and habitable home.

- Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.
- Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support, even when faced with resistance.
- Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health, addictions or who are ex-offenders.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible.
- Driving is essential, as we are supporting people in the community.
