St Martins has a vacancy for a Integrated Housing and Care Coordinator. This is a fixed term, full-time contract for 1 year, 38 hours per week The main purpose of the job is to deliver the care and support needs of people we support in our Netherwood Green Project . For people who have faced multiple disadvantages, have multiple support needs and who face barriers to existing general needs accommodation and have been sleeping rough We are looking for: Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.
