St Martins has a vacancy for an Integrated Housing and Care Coordinator. This is a fixed term, full-time contract until 31st March 2026, 38 hours per week. The main purpose of the job is to deliver care and support through the NSAP (Next Steps Accommodation Project) project for people who have faced multiple disadvantages, have multiple support needs, and who face barriers to existing general needs accommodation and have been sleeping rough.

We are looking for:

  • Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.
  • Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support, even when faced with resistance.
  • Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health, addictions or who are ex-offenders.
  • Ability and willingness to be flexible.
  • Someone to demonstrate confidence, adaptability and conscientiousness, have empathy with the people we support and the determination to make a difference.

You can expect:
