About us

We are a small school with a big heart and even bigger ambitions.

At St Martin’s Church of England Primary Academy, we strive to create a special place where every child feels loved, valued, and supported.

We learn about Jesus' teachings and how they can guide us to be kind to others, to help those in need, and to dream big dreams.

Together, we create a community where everyone encourages and inspires one another to reach for the stars and become the best versions of themselves.

About our Trust

We are proud to be part of Infinity Academies Trust, a family of 20 schools in Lincolnshire.

At Infinity, children are at the heart of everything we do.

We strive every day to add value to our schools to enable them to be even better places for our children and young people to learn and grow.

We are proud that our trust serves a wide number of different communities and is made up of different kinds of schools.

It's this diversity and difference that gives us our strength and broadens our knowledge base of what works best for children.

About the role

We are to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our committed and supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional practitioner who is passionate about making a positive difference to children's learning, progress and well-being.

We are looking for someone who can inspire pupils, support colleagues and contribute to the continued success of our school.

Someone who can provide the love, care and support our children need, as well as carrying out interventions to support with their Education, Health and Care Plans in Key Stage 1.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, ensuring that every pupil feels safe, valued and supported to flourish.

Why Join us?

As a Trust we promote the individuality of our schools and provide them with the freedom to develop their own strengths, distinct character and to meet the needs of their communities whilst at the same time seeking to maximise the benefits of being part of a larger network and organisation.

Being part of a Trust gives our staff access to exciting professional development opportunities, gives children the chance to interact with others from different schools and provides challenge and support to school leaders through effective governance.

We are driven by a passion to do our very best for the children in our schools and we know that by working together we can achieve things that we could not do alone.

In return we can offer

  • . A uniquely inclusive school with a strong tangible vision.
  • . Vibrant, compassionate children who are eager to learn.
  • . A kind and caring atmosphere where all our pupils and staff are valued.
  • . Supportive leadership that will contribute to your continued professional development within school and across Infinity Academies Trust.
  • . A hardworking, friendly, supportive and dedicated professional team of colleagues.
  • . Regular opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from across Infinity Academies Trust to ensure our children are reaching their full potential.
  • . Partnerships with LEAD Teaching School Hub and The National College.
  • . A dedicated 24/ 7 employee assistance programme delivered by Education Support.
  • . Access to Blue Light Card, providing valuable discounts on shopping, travel, dining and everyday essentials.

School visits are highly recommended.
