St Martins Care are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work at their busy Nursing and Residential Care Home.

- Role-specific Duties
- Ensure residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
- To provide nursing care in accordance with current best practice, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager.
- Undertake all aspects of medicine management in line with legal, professional and regulatory requirements.
- To supervise staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service.
- Work within the NMC Code of Conduct.
- Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service.

- Ability to assist residents with daily tasks by following their care plan, this may include bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom.
