We are seeking an exceptional Specialist Teacher to lead teaching and learning within our Inclusion Hub — a pivotal role at the heart of our commitment to inclusive education.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pilot to shape and deliver outstanding, personalised teaching for pupils who benefit from a more tailored approach. You will:
- Lead the design and delivery of high-quality, adaptive teaching within the Inclusion Hub
- Create a nurturing, purposeful environment where pupils can re-engage, succeed and thrive
- Use skilled assessment to identify needs, plan next steps and drive meaningful progress
- Develop and deliver targeted interventions that support academic, social and emotional development
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure strong connections between the hub and mainstream classrooms
