Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective, well-prepared lessons to students of all abilities.
- Maintain detailed records of attainment, provide regular feedback, and produce insightful progress reports.
- Work closely with the Trust Lead and Assistant Headteacher to develop innovative schemes of work.
- Lead a tutor group and contribute to the school’s PSHE/RSE and careers programmes, ensuring the well-being and safety of all pupils.
- Engage in professional development and performance management to refine your craft.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- A good honours degree in Geography (or a related subject).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A clear philosophy on Geography education and a deep understanding of curriculum developments.
- The ability to use ICT and data effectively to enhance learning and raise standards.
- Personal Qualities: Reliability, integrity, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
