  • 3 DAYS PER WEEK (MON, WED, FRI) 8.30-3.30PM, WITH A 30 MINUTE UNPAID LUNCH BREAK
  • SCALE 4 POINT 7-10 (£30,288 - £31,611) PAID ON A PRO-RATA BASIS

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and highly motivated Cover Supervisor to join our exceptional school community.

As a Cover Supervisor at St Mark’s, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of education across Years 7-13.

You will supervise classes during teacher absence, maintaining the high standards of learning and engagement that define our school.

Your ability to keep students focused, on task and motivated will directly support the smooth running of lessons across a wide range of subjects.

You would be required to work 3 days, and there will be the possibility of additional days during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervising classes and managing behaviour to maximise learning.
  • Supporting students in completing work set by their usual teacher.
  • Carrying out form tutor responsibilities, including registration and supporting student wellbeing.
  • Assisting teachers with administrative tasks and preparing learning resources.
  • Supervising playground activities and accompanying students on educational visits.
