St Margaret’s School is looking for a part time Swimming School Manager. You will be responsible for the swim school programmes within the Sports Centre including school swimming and all other swim school products.
Your role will bring organisation and structure to the swim school as you develop and manage the programmes and lead and inspire your team. Income growth and increasing the number of pupils learning to swim will be an essential part of the role.
You’ll be an experienced Centre Swim lead and lead Teacher, looking for the next stage in your career and be full of ideas of how to make things better. You will be a fully qualified swimming teacher with a full Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Swimming (STA or Swim England/Swim Wales/Swim Scotland/Swim Ireland). You will be a great team player with a real focus on customer service and will be passionate about the role.
Reports to: Sports Centre Manager
Responsible for: Swim Teachers, Swim Assistants
The Role: This role will be the link between our customers, Centre swim school, Swimming teachers and the Sports Centre team. The role will provide technical support to the centre team to ensure the smooth running of the lessons and high-quality, consistent level of customer service. Income growth and increasing the number of pupils learning to swim will be an essential part of the role.

Essential:
- Experienced Centre Swim lead and lead Teacher
- Fully qualified swimming teacher with a full Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Swimming (STA or Swim England/Swim Wales/Swim Scotland/Swim Ireland).
- Team player with a real focus on customer service and will be passionate about the role.
