Required as soon as possible. We are seeking to appoint an Admissions Coordinator to work within the Admissions Team to support the recruitment of students to St Margaret’s School. You will deliver an efficient, professional and warm admissions service to parents, pupils and other key stakeholders, and will ensure that the admissions process is smooth and successful.
This is a primarily on-site role during term time, reflecting the importance of providing a visible and accessible presence for prospective families and visitors to the School. During school holiday periods, there is flexibility to work remotely, subject to operational requirements. This opportunity is shared with another member of the Admissions Team, with each colleague typically able to work remotely for up to 2.5 days per week during school holidays, ensuring that admissions cover is maintained throughout the year.
You will be extremely organised, with excellent time management, alongside well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. ICT literacy in MS Office is essential. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
