You might be a recent graduate considering a career in education, someone with experience of mentoring young people, or simply someone with a passion for learning who would enjoy helping students develop their own intellectual interests and academic confidence. We are interested in applicants from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. You do not need to be a qualified teacher or librarian.
