St Margaret’s Hospice is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Advice Line team. You will provide specialist telemedicine support across Somerset, using clinical judgement and holistic care to assist patients and families. The role is based in Taunton or Yeovil and involves part-time hours with weekend enhancements.
The CNS will triage referrals, manage advice line calls and work closely with the central referral centre to ensure timely, compassionate care.
