St Margaret’s Hospice Care is looking for a friendly, motivated Sunday Sales Assistant to join our welcoming team.

Location: Street, Somerset

Salary: £4,335.88 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Part time

Working pattern: 6.5 hours on a Sunday, with occasional additional hours to cover staff leave.

By joining us, you’ll become part of a retail team of over 700 dedicated staff and volunteers. Their commitment, skills, passion, and energy combine to deliver significant income, enabling our clinical colleagues to deliver services to nearly 5,000 people across Somerset.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and approachable customer service
  • Sort and lift donated goods
  • Merchandise and create eye‑catching shop displays
  • Follow till and cash handling procedures
  • Help to support and motivate a team of shop volunteers
  • Promote the services and fundraising activities of St Margaret’s Hospice
