Role Details
- Salary: £28,461.48 per annum
- Contract: Full time (37.5 hours) – Permanent
- Location: Yeovil
- Un‑social hours payments: 30% on Saturdays (midnight‑midnight) and any weekday after 8 pm and before 6 am; 60% on Sundays and public holidays (midnight‑midnight)
Responsibilities
- Assess non‑complex symptoms including pain, shortness of breath, mobility, pressure risk, continence and psychological factors.
- Analyse information and carry out non‑complex interventions within your scope, referring to specialists when necessary.
- Support qualified practitioners such as Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Clinical Nurse Specialists.
Qualifications
