As a Ward Clerk, you will deliver high‑quality reception and administrative support within the Inpatient Centre. Your duties include welcoming and assisting patients, relatives and visitors, managing telephone, email and face‑to‑face enquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records on electronic systems such as SystmOne. You will also support admissions, discharges, daily referral meetings and volunteer activities, manage general administrative tasks, ensure confidentiality, and help create a calm, well‑organised ward environment.
