- Strong clinical assessment, care‑planning and medicines‑management skills.
- Confidence using digital care‑planning and medication systems.
- Clear, compassionate communication and effective multidisciplinary teamwork.
- A commitment to dignity, safeguarding, equality, accountability and continuing professional development.
- The ability to prioritise, make sound clinical decisions and remain calm in a changing care environment.
Summary
- Make a visible difference across rehabilitation, respite, long‑term nursing and end‑of‑life care.
- Work closely with an experienced nursing team and dedicated in‑house physiotherapy and occupational therapy colleagues.
- Join a charity that values person‑centred care, learning, professional development and continuous improvement.
- Work in a welcoming Headington setting close to Oxford’s main acute hospitals, with on‑site parking and good public transport links.
