We're looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of our corporate fundraising and trusts & grants income streams. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful partnerships with local and national businesses, trusts and foundations, helping to secure the funding needed to provide outstanding care and support for patients and families across Sheffield.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering ambitious income generation strategies, identifying and securing new partnerships, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing supporters. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll ensure that our corporate partners and funders receive exceptional stewardship and engagement opportunities that demonstrate the impact of their support.
As a people manager, you'll lead and support the Corporate Fundraiser and Trusts & Grants Manager, helping them achieve their objectives while fostering a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
This role is ideal for an experienced fundraiser, business development professional or partnership manager who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities and delivering sustainable income growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of securing and managing corporate partnerships, major accounts or high-value business relationships.
- Experience of developing income generation strategies and delivering against financial targets.
- Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience of leading, motivating and developing team members.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify and maximise opportunities.
- Passion for supporting St Luke's vision and making a difference for local people.
The role involves travel across Sheffield and the surrounding area, along with occasional evening and weekend work. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
