About the Role
As a Clinical Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our service—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting clinical teams and ensuring patients receive the best possible experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering an efficient, accurate and compassionate administrative service, supporting the coordination of patient care across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, including scheduling, preparing documents and taking accurate notes
- Process and manage patient referrals from internal and external sources
- Maintain and update patient records and data systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor shared inboxes and handle a range of administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and correspondence
- Ensure the timely flow of clinical information and assist with reporting requirements
- Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and maintain service standards for patient communication
- Support communication across teams, departments and external partners to ensure a smooth service
- Maintain and coordinate medical records and archiving systems
- Contribute to team development, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues where needed
About You

- Experience working with databases or information systems
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
