St Luke's Hospice Sheffield is seeking an experienced counsellor to join the Counselling & Art Therapy Service, providing specialist emotional and bereavement support to people affected by palliative and life-limiting illness. You will deliver counselling to patients, families and carers, including children and young people, and support students and volunteers while mentoring colleagues.

The role involves managing a varied caseload and delivering sessions in person as well as telephone/online.
