St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth, Turnchapel, Plymouth, is seeking a Patient Safety Facilitator to join our Quality Team on a permanent, 30-hour per week basis.

The role focuses on governance, incident management and evaluating quality across services.

You will support the Associate Director of Quality & Patient Experience, manage governance reports and data synthesis, and act as a key contact for feedback and complaints, helping to uphold high standards of care.
