We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising Team at St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth. This is a pivotal role for someone who truly loves people, thrives on building meaningful relationships, and can inspire others through their passion, energy and values. You will lead by example in how we care for, connect with, and grow our supporters, ensuring every interaction reflects who we are as an organisation.

About the Role

  • Lead and support our partnership fundraisers, helping them to flourish and deliver excellent supporter experiences.
  • Build and manage a diverse portfolio of income streams, including corporate, community, and group partnerships.
  • Drive growth while stewarding existing relationships, ensuring we protect what we’ve built while expanding for the future.
  • Represent St Luke’s externally, meeting supporters face-to-face, delivering engaging presentations, and being an ambassador for our work.
  • Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our supporters and partners.
  • Collaborate across teams, ensuring a joined-up, consistent and impactful approach to fundraising.
