We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Partnerships Advisor to join our Fundraising Team at St Luke's Hospice Plymouth.

You will care for, connect with and grow our supporters, ensuring every interaction reflects who we are as an organisation and helps maximise sustainable income for hospice care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Partnerships Advisor, you will

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community groups and fundraising supporters.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that generate income and raise awareness of St Luke's Hospice Plymouth.
  • Steward existing supporters, ensuring they feel valued, appreciated and connected to the impact of their support.
  • Represent St Luke's Hospice Plymouth externally, meeting supporters face-to-face, attending networking events and delivering engaging presentations.
  • Support the delivery of corporate, community and group fundraising partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Fundraising Team to provide an excellent supporter journey.
  • Research and identify prospective supporters and partnership opportunities.
  • Support fundraising events, campaigns and other income-generating activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using fundraising systems and processes.
  • Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of supporters and partners.
  • Act as an ambassador for St Luke's Hospice Plymouth at all times.
