St Luke's Hospice Plymouth is seeking a Deputy Clinical Lead for the End of Life Urgent Care Service. You will provide clinical leadership and support in delivering high-quality end-of-life care in the community, ensuring that patients receive care in their preferred place.

The role involves a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week, working closely with internal teams and partners.

The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for palliative care.
