Are you passionate about creating welcoming spaces and delivering exceptional service? St Luke's Hospice is seeking a dynamic Front of House Services Manager to lead our Reception, Catering, Night Support, and Domestic teams. This is a pivotal role ensuring that every visitor, patient, and colleague experiences a safe, clean, and compassionate environment aligned with our values of Compassion, Respect, Integrity, and Professionalism.
What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate teams across Reception, Catering, Night Support, and Cleaning services.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high standards of customer care.
- Oversee catering provision, maintaining quality and compliance with food hygiene regulations.
- Manage rotas, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Drive infection control and health & safety compliance.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff and volunteers.
- Act as the key point of contact for Front of House queries and feedback.
What we're looking for:
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service principles.
- Understanding of health & safety, food hygiene, and infection prevention.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to operational challenges.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Team Leading (desirable).
