Overview
The RN will provide essential support in clinical triage, referrals, crisis management, patient assessments, and care coordination. This position will also involve administering medications, supporting medical assistants, and participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Care Coordination will play a key role in this position, as the RN will collaborate closely with community partners to help connect patients with resources beyond what St. Luke’s provides. This is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients both within and outside the healthcare system.
Schedule
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7a-5p & Friday, 8a-12p. No weekends/holidays!
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support in clinical triage, referrals, crisis management, patient assessments, and care coordination.
- Administer medications and support medical assistants.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with community partners to connect patients with resources beyond what St. Luke’s provides.
- Support patients both within and outside the healthcare system.
Qualifications
- Education: Nursing Degree
- Experience: 1+ years of RN experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
