Caring and Talented Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Hours: 32.50 hours per week. Monday to Friday, term time only. 8.30am - 3.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Salary: Scale 5 (pt12 - 17) £22,942 - £24,886 p.a. pro rata (based on term time only hours). (£30,743 - £33,349 p.a. FTE)
Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for a flexible, confident HLTA to work across the school. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with strong experience in EYFS and/or Key Stage 1, while maintaining the flexibility and willingness to work across the whole school where needed. We would also warmly welcome applications from individuals who bring additional strengths, such as a passion for music and singing to help lead a whole-school singing project, or confidence in speaking French, to enrich our curriculum.
What you’ll do:
- Teach whole classes (PPA & leadership cover)
- Step in for emergency cover
- Support pupils across the school
