About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally:
- Have experience of working across the primary age range
- Have experience working in a TA or HLTA role
- Have experience of covering classes
- Have knowledge of Sounds Write phonics, Complete Maths and PKC
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
- Be able to work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to use their initiative
- Be able to work flexibly and professionally
About Role
