St Luke’s Academy in Swindon is seeking an experienced Pastoral Support Worker to provide high-quality pastoral care for students with social, emotional and mental health needs. The role is permanent, 37hrs per week, term time only – 39 weeks per year, with a salary on the NJC scale (£27,115.60 – £30,594.82) as an actual annual salary.
