St Luke’s Academy in Swindon is seeking an experienced Pastoral Support Worker to join our committed team and provide high quality pastoral care for students with SEMH needs. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year).
You will build strong relationships with students, parents and external agencies, support behavioural improvements, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment.
