The Role
As a Designer, you will develop garment collections for the company's portfolio of brands, aligning with brand objectives and maintaining a commercial focus to deliver seasonal collections efficiently. You will control all aspects of product development, ensuring each new collection is developed in line with brand DNA, falls within desired cost structures, and meets appropriate quality standards. You will create and maintain all style and size specifications for new collection samples and bulk production, and develop branding presentations in line with brand guidelines. The successful candidate will be trend‑aware, possess a strong eye for design, and able to create dynamic, commercial and innovative collections.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a designer is essential.
- Previous experience in creating fashion garment collections is desirable.
- Relevant degree qualification in fashion or design is desirable.
- Excellent CAD skills and IT ability.
- Experience in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop is desirable.
