Kimbolton School is seeking a sessional Water Sports Instructor to join the Outdoor Pursuits team. The main responsibilities will be to help promote pupils to take up and enjoy water sports, and to assist the Head of Outdoor Pursuits in planning and implementing development strategies.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, establish and maintain working relationships, and hold valid first‑aid qualifications, as well as a Paddle UK / British Canoeing Level 1 coach / paddleboard instructor qualification. They will also lead or assist with purposeful and safe training sessions afloat.
