Can you help at events to raise funds for Hospice care?
Each year, a variety of events take place in support of St Leonard’s. As well as being essential for raising funds, they help increase awareness of our work across the local community. They’re also a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, whether or not they have a personal connection to the Hospice—bringing people together to get active, have fun, and start meaningful conversations. For many volunteers, staff, and patients, these events are a real highlight.
St Leonard’s Hospice is an independent charity providing care and support for local people with life-limiting illnesses. Our Events Supporters play a vital role in helping our Events Team deliver a wide range of activities, supporting both practical and administrative tasks to ensure events run smoothly and successfully raise crucial funds for our services.
If you would like to help out at any of our events then please apply here. We welcome offers of support from people of all ages. However, for safeguarding reasons, if you are under 18 you will need to be accompanied at the event by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
