The Careers Co-ordinator will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, impartial careers programme that supports students in making informed decisions about their future pathways. Working closely with the Assistant Headteacher, the postholder will provide careers information, advice and guidance, coordinate interviews, events and employer engagement opportunities, and track student destinations and progression. The role involves building strong relationships with students, staff, parents and external partners while inspiring and motivating all students – particularly those who may be more vulnerable – to raise their aspirations and achieve positive outcomes.

- Qualified to, or willing to work towards, the Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development.
Salary & Hours
Grade: Grade G (19‑23) (£32,061 - £34,434 per annum, pro rata) – 22.5 hours per week, 3 days per week (8:15 am – 4:15 pm), term time only, plus 15 days.
