As part of the Responsive Repairs Team, you will play a crucial role ensuring that our customers’ homes are safe and compliant.
You will share our passion for delivering an excellent service for our customers and will be able to plan and organise your work to ensure that all jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
- Day-to-day responsibilities
- Carry out relevant trade duties as instructed by the Team Leader or Working Charge Hand.
- Carry out roofing work to properties to a high standard, including working at height safely.
- Plan and organise workload to maximise productive time and ensure the best service to customers.
- Candidate Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification.
- Proven track record in housing, construction and refurbishment.
- Ability to handle significant manual workload and stand for prolonged periods.
- Sound knowledge of other trades and a versatile approach to multi‑skilling.
- Disciplined, IT‑literate, flexible and possessing a can‑do attitude.
