St. Leger Homes is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work within Housing Services in the Southwest Area Team. The post is based at Vermuyden Centre, Thorne, on a permanent basis and will be available from August 2026.
The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive Estate Management Service that includes all aspects of tenancy and estate management, providing excellent administrative support including low‑level estate and tenancy management. The ability to work as part of a team, support colleagues and build positive relationships is essential for this role.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent customer care delivery through effective interpersonal skills, face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Strong organisational skills, planning and prioritising workload to meet targets, timescales and deadlines in a sometimes‑pressured environment.
- Good understanding of Customer Care principles, IT literacy and experience updating computerised record systems with detailed, accurate records.
