  • Location: Between Shaw Lane Depot and The Civic Building, Doncaster, with agile working available after training.

As the first point of contact for our tenants, your primary role will involve taking calls and supporting the wider team. Your goal is to ensure that both internal and external customers receive the best customer experience possible, including face-to-face service at our Civic reception. Additionally, you will carry out administrative duties as required. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in IT (Word and Excel), and strong customer service skills. St Leger Homes offers a service accessible by external customers between 8am and 5pm. The most important thing is having the right attitude and displaying resilience, flexibility, and the ability to handle pressure during high volume calls.
