Reporting to the Repairs & Maintenance Service Manager, you will be part of a dedicated Repairs and Maintenance team providing an effective, customer-focused service at all times.
You will do this by working closely with customers, work operatives and internal and external stakeholders to ensure a first-class, professional and efficient scheduling of repairs is provided to our customers. The workload is varied and rewarding.
Candidate Requirements:
- A hardworking individual with a passion for professionalism and the ability to remain calm and clear-thinking when under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to plan and prioritise workload in order to meet targets, timescales and deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment.
- Disciplined, IT literate, flexible and have the ability to appreciate the bigger picture.
