This role is a key leadership position within Housing Services, responsible for managing a range of teams that deliver vital tenancy sustainability activities. You will lead services that support tenants at risk of tenancy failure, maximise rental income, and create strong, vibrant communities. You will also promote respect and reduce stigma in social housing, ensuring services are inclusive and supportive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Tenancy Support, Financial Inclusion, Income Management, Access Services, Mental Health Navigator Service, and Smoke-Free Service teams.
- Drive performance, inspire and motivate teams, and develop innovative services.
- Provide welfare reform advice, benefits and financial inclusion strategies to maximise rental income.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to modernise services and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
