Reporting to the Planning and Administration Team Leader, you will be part of a dedicated Planning and Administration team providing an effective, customer-focused service at all times. You will do this by working closely with customers, work operatives and internal and external stakeholders to ensure a first-class, professional and efficient scheduling of repairs is provided to our customers. The workload is varied and rewarding.

A hardworking individual with a passion for professionalism and the ability to remain calm and clear-thinking when under pressure, the post holder will require excellent organisational skills including the ability to plan and prioritise workload in order to meet targets, timescales and deadlines in a sometimes pressured environment. The successful applicant for the role must be disciplined, IT literate, flexible and have the ability to appreciate the bigger picture.
