The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist to join us, working alongside the existing team and reporting to our Learning and Organisational Development Service Manager. You will be a strong and confident presenter and facilitator across a diverse range of audiences of varying size.
As the successful candidate you will work closely with our service managers and heads of service to identify learning needs and lead the design, delivery and procurement of learning interventions across the organisation. This will include mandatory health and safety related training as well as managerial, professional and leadership development learning. With detailed knowledge of learning and organisational development, theories, methodologies and tools you will use this knowledge to provide a first class service to the business and to the HR team.
We have an ambitious People Strategy to deliver in the next 3 years and you will contribute to key elements of this including, designing and delivering our leadership and management development programmes. This is a busy and rewarding role within a busy L&OD team with a great opportunity to take a lead role in initiatives which really make a difference to our customers.
