St Leger Homes are looking to recruit a qualified joiner who is trained to minimum NVQ Level 2 / equivalent City and Guilds. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a customer focused environment in carrying out the various tasks of joinery duties and associated maintenance works on dwellings St Leger Homes manages.
All new employees within Property Services front line delivery are expected to be able to carry out multi-skilling. The successful applicants will be required to carry out additional trade work to a required standard which is in addition to the substantive trade in which you are qualified and it is not intended to mean that you are qualified in an additional trade.
A flexible approach to work, an ability to follow written instructions and procedures and to move and handle tools, equipment and materials plus a full UK driving licence are essential.
