The Gardener plays an essential role in delivering high-quality gardening and grounds maintenance services to Bethania Gardens and its beautiful surrounding landscape. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for a range of duties including maintaining garden beds, lawn mowing, reticulation system maintenance, pruning, window cleaning and general grounds upkeep. Your attention to detail and pride in your work will help ensure the facility’s outdoor spaces remain vibrant, safe and welcoming. More than just maintaining gardens, you will contribute to creating a stunning, homely environment that enhances the wellbeing and daily lives of our residents. Your work will directly support a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone who calls Bethania Gardens home!
Responsibilities And Duties
- Planting and maintaining garden beds and pot plants
- Fertilising and aerating lawns
- Trimming and pruning trees and shrubs
- Maintenance and cleaning of windows, entrances/exits, and car park areas
- Contributing to a positive customer service experience for residents
This role is being hired on a permanent full-time position.

Key Selection Criteria
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Have full-time working rights in Australia
- Possess a valid driver’s licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
