Role Summary

This Gardener role provides quality gardening services to the Midland Facility and our 2 Bicton residential facilities. In providing these services to the facilities, you will play a role in bettering the lives of our residents and contribute to creating a homely environment for them.

Responsibilities

  • Lawn mowing
  • Pruning and hedging
  • Reticulation repairs
  • General grounds keeping tasks

The successful candidate is provided with all of the required tools and equipment for undertaking the role. This role works across both our Midland and Bicton facilities.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable gardener who has significant gardening experience and is a natural lover of the outdoors. Most important will be your preparedness to go above and beyond to best assist the facility and your ability to impress the residents with your end product and customer service.

Key Selection Criteria

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid National Police Clearance
  • Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Previous experience within a healthcare/aged care/disability sector is desirable but not essential.
